Charged for services not provided, cannot use account, only system-generated emails in response to inquiries ImageShack is an internet image hosting site which requires a paid subscription I am paying for a subscription under the username [redacted] But when I log in to the site it says "free trial expired" and there is an "uprgade" tab, meaning I am unable to access the services for which I am being charged I emailed the company on the 13th and again on the 15th and I have only received noth back bu system-generated emails To my knowledge no one at the company has even begun to see to the matter

Imageshack lost my 10,photos, even though I was paying monthly for secure storageThey locked me out and are continuing to charge me for storage
04/23/- logged in to my account and couldn't see any of my photos, contacted support via email04/25/- finally received email back from supportInformed that all of my photos were lost and my account has been closed "Dear ImageShack user,

Missing Phots
I uploaded pictures to imageshack.com and they ended up missing so I contacted imageshack support and have not received a response for returning my images back to my account

I have attempted to contact them multiple times over images missing from my account with no reply what so ever
In the past months since they had their site go down in February I have tried to contact them on multiple occasions about images on my account on their site that are no longer available that had been priory avaliableThree times in the past two weeks about an image that was accessible within the past few months but is no longer avaliableSome of these missing images I no longer have access to as they are on an old computer that no longer works, of course I hadn't resaved them at the time because I believed as a paying customer my images would be fully accessible so long as I continued to pay for my account monthly which I have done
Once each occasion I have contacted them, regardless of if it was through their contact us service or their zendesk help page I have gotten no response or attempt to restore my images
