PoolTech installed a new pool liner for us in March It has leaked since installation, and visits to date from them has yet to fix itThey would not dive in the pool because the water was cold (a professional technician would show up prepared for that)On the 4th visit, neither my wife I were homeThe technician didn't schedule a time, he just shows up when he wants to (he does this every time)He called my wife at 11:to say he was there and couldn't get inMy wife returned his call at 11:40, but he refused to return even though he was just minutes awayMy wife visited the store to schedule the next visit and stated that she works for a living and needs to plan in advanceOne of the women working there said "We work for a living, too" and walked awayIt appears PoolTech doesn't realize that it is their customers that provide them that workThey know pools, but are quite rude and not very customer friendly
