I am rejecting this response because:The statements made are not true in their entirety. Yes I paid for summer and over Christmas breakThis is not the issueI tried to take my daughter to daycare in Friday Dec 23rd, a day I had paid for and was planning on taking her the week of January 2nd and received unwelcome comments from Mr*** as to why I was bringing my daughter on a day I had off of workWhen advised that even though I might be off I still paid for the entire week and should be able to utilize the service I paid for Mr*** then became condescending and said, "leave her here, we will just charge you the full rate." I did not leave my daughter there that day and did not take her back due to Mr*** and his confrontational and bullying nature I did however pay for services for January through that I did not receive due to him being confrontational on two occasions The other was the Friday prior when Deidra tried to talk to me about not bringing her on my days off so they co uld have a day off even though the daycare was open for businessShe also told me that they have to think about their other parentsMr*** on more than one occasion has used a very abrasive voice with the children there and tries to be very intimidatingThere were no issues until I wanted to drop my child off on a day I had off from work since that day was a paid dayThen it became an issueI did text Deidra almost weeks prior and received an ok back, but then a week prior it became an issueI would still like my I paid for January through back since they broke the written contract with meThey did reimburse the I paid for the holding fee back in That is not the issuePlease contact me for any further information

Hola! This is Joseph [redacted], husband of Deidra [redacted]. We own/operate Imagination Daycare. With the issue regarding [redacted], I am afraid it all comes down to a communication issue. When [redacted] first signed on with us, she had informed us that her daughter would not be needing our services on days...

when public school was not in session. In return we allowed her to reserve her spot for only $20 a week over Christmas and Summer breaks. There are not many daycares in the area that want to go through the hassle of figuring out this timing situation, especially a licensed daycare. We made a poor decision in not getting this aggreement in writing on the original contract that [redacted] signed. [redacted] then came to us one day and DEMANDED that she be able to bring [redacted] on the days that she doesn't work at her school. We initially said no that is not what we had agreed upon and had already had those spots filled with other kids whose parents do work on those off days. [redacted] proceeded to say we were doing a bad business practice by double dipping on our allocated spots. We told her that we could renegotiate her contract so she could bring her daughter on her days off, BUT she would also accept our new toddler rate and be responsible for paying FULL tuition over Summer break and Christmas break. Instead of wanting to sit down and talk these details over, she choose to become hostile and pull her daughter from our daycare. We reimbursed her everything she was owed and ended the dispute there. After this, [redacted] choose to contact the daycare licensor here in Minot and complain about us. The licensor got ahold of us to hear the situation and deemed we handled it as best we could with the cooperation we had. The only ding she gave us was that we didn't get this verbal aggreement down in writing on the contract. Other than that, [redacted] was never denied daycare services she paid for and she went as far to say that I myself may [redacted] her daughter over this matter if [redacted] choose to leave her in our care. I personally was offened by this, but took no action. We had watched [redacted]'s daughter for a full year before and had had ups and downs but nothing major. We acutally just went through our unplanned surprise visit from our licensor and we are happy to report that we passed with flying colors. [redacted]'s spot has since been filled and we continue to operate with no issues. Please keep us informed if you want any more details about this issue.
