In your letter, you spoke of an order to Skin & Ink that you requested for a friend. Unfortunately, neither your Revdex.com complaint letter, nor your letter of November 30 mention the name of this person. All of our orders and scanned letters are filed according to magazine recipient. Without that information, we cannot access the file.
If you would provide this information, I will make sure your friend receives their subscription. A self-addressed stamp envelope would be included for you, but your facility does not permit us to send stamps directly to inmates.

We have just finished reviewing your order history for this year. You had ordered Maxim at $7.60 (the price had gone up to...

$19.95), OK! at $18.85 (The current price is $59.95), and Playboy at $19.25 for two years (two years was $39.90). We have no control over the prices and neither the magazine agencies or the publishers will honor our catalog prices once they change the price. However, in both cases, you should have received a letter informing you about these price increases and a credit memo. No such notice is in the file, so we can presume that none was sent.
We have, therefore, decided to process the orders and pay the price increases. Additionally, we are adding an additional year to both Playboy and Maxim magazine. A confirmation letter is enclosed.
We are very sorry that this was not handled properly. We hope these actions meet with your approval.
