I'm a years old woman and I will not do such a thing and with that said I very well can read When I purchased the pen the young man at the counter filled it for me so there was no need for me to open the tank When a customer purchases an item and it breaks in two days, you would think if I was that the business owner would take effect that all customers would return to the place of purchase That business owner should be able to supply the customer with a contact number or address for that product I'm not trying to play any games here, I want a new pen or some type of name and address of the maker of the pen It's been over a month and now I wonder would I be able to get anything resolved Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted]
Firstly, we apologize for the inconvenience that this customer experienced.
However, the receipt notifies the customer that we do not accept returns, all sales are final no returns, no exchange
Furthermore, like most businesses, we cannot take back an item we cannot resell, due to...
customer negligence.
To prevent selling E-cigs, or Vape pens that have defects, we open the product and show the customer that the product is in proper working condition. Some of our higher end Vape pens and e cigs come with a warranty from the company itself. The pen this customer purchased was a generic pen (which is why they are cheaper) and these products do not come with warranties. Upon inspecting the picture of the broken E-pen, it was evident the pen had been forcefully pulled in the wrong direction. Instead of twisting the tank, the customer had twisted the battery from it's original joint. The attached image shows this. This is not a manufacturing defect, and therefore even if this products came with a factory warranty it would not be refunded, nor replaced, because manufacturing warranties only cover manufacturing defects.
We once again apologize for the inconvenience but there is not much we can do.

I'm a 46 years old woman and I will not do such a thing and with that said I very well can read. When I purchased the pen the young man at the counter filled it for me so there was no need for me to open the tank. When a customer purchases an item and it breaks in two days, you would think if I was that the business owner would take effect that all customers would return to the place of purchase. That business owner should be able to supply the customer with a contact number or address for that product. I'm not trying to play any games here, I want a new pen or some type of name and address of the maker of the pen. It's been over a month and now I wonder would I be able to get anything resolved.
