Review: Ordered fabric through their online store. Received confirmation of order per email and PayPal payment went through my bank for $52.. Confirm stated they would sent another confirm shortly on shipment of order. Never got confirm on shipment or fabric. emailed their suggested contact email with no response. emailed again with no response. Contacted pay pal and began a dispute process where I again stated the issue in their email format which was sent to the seller. Again no response. I have tried the phone number 3x always they are busy and have you leave a return phone # to call. They do not call back. Initial contact for purchase through website was 1/23/14. It is still under escalated dispute with PayPal. They show no response from seller so far. They will do a review 3/7/14.Desired Settlement: I am concerned that this company is still offering great looking fabric online, but I don't think they can be trusted to send the order, and then are unwilling to make contact when there are obvious problems. Consumers should be aware and PayPal should reconsider doing business with them. Seeing the PayPal payment method usually gives me confidence that the sellers are on the up and up. I do a lot of online shopping, including overseas, China, Finland, Australia etc. This is the first time I have had this type of experience where they have my money and I have nothing. Stealing really, isn't it?

Review: I believe this company is scamming people. I made an order on a website called ModDiva.com, which is Imagine Fabric, a company owned by [redacted] under many different names on many different webpages (Facebook, Etsy, Twitter, ModDiva.com, ImagineFabric.com, etc.). I made an order that totaled $30 on December 26, 2013. The money was taken from my personal bank account on December 30, 2013. The policy on the web site states that items will be shipped the next business day after the item was ordered and the item should be received by the customer in 3-5 business days. It has now been 16 days since I placed the order. I received a confirmation email the night I ordered the product, but I have received no shipping notice. I have emailed the company several times over the past week and a half and received no response. I also called the company using the phone number listed on their websites (the phone number listed in the confirmation email was a fake number, it sent me to a recording about 'prizes' I had won by calling and entering and staying on the line, then proceeded to list advertisements). I've called their business several times and left several voicemails to no avail. I also looked up the business on the Revdex.com website and found another phone number for the owner [redacted]. I have called Mr. [redacted] several times and left a voicemail, to which there has been no response. I also have done more research on their social media sites, and found that there have been numerous complaints from other customers as well, customers who placed and paid for orders back in October and November, who still have not received feedback from the company, a refund of their money, or the item(s) they purchased. I am not alone in this matter and I can only imagine the amount of money they have received from customers like myself, whose items they are never shipping. This company has my money and I would like them to ship my order or refund my money.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to either ship my order in new condition as expected, or refund my money to my account. I would also like the company to resolve whatever issues it may be having with production/customer service, or shut down its websites and notify potential customers that they are no longer taking orders. It is not right for this company to keep taking peoples money if they do not have the products or if they cannot follow through with their end of the deal.
