Good Morning,I am responding to complain# [redacted]....I am the president of Imagine Logistics Inc. located in Scottsdale, AZ and I want to tell the Revdex.com and [redacted] that our companies identity was stolen on 3/3/14 and many loads have been falsely loaded under our...

name and the person doing this is collecting fuel advances. We are not aware of this particular load but we are aware of over 15 other loads and carriers that have experienced the same thing. All loads are good loads but the destinations are always wrong showing delivery being some kind of Imagine Brokers Terminal throughout the country and we do not own any type of terminals. Once the carrier calls the shipper and explains what has happened they provide the carrier with the correct customer and arrangements get made to either take the load back to the shipper or delivery to the proper facility in the country and also compensate the carrier for the haul.We in no way are connected with the scam that is currently going on and we have notified all the proper authorities including the [redacted] and [redacted]. All carriers are understanding to the situation and have worked everything out with there situations. I can only apologizes for the way Ms. [redacted] was treated and would hope she understands now knowing this was a scam that we would never speak to her in this manner. I asked that she retract her complaint and the Revdex.com also removed this complaint from our file.
