After deciding to not use Imagine Plumbing for the installation of a hood fan, I received an invoice with charges for "site visits" and "consulting fees" that had never been discussed or agreed toWhen I disputed the invoice I got harassed by the contractor and threatened with having the invoice sent to collections
Imagine was recommended via a friend in MontrealWOW!!! Instant response and immediate actionI have had so many "bad" contractors in Calgary that I almost cried when they simply said " easily done"I am from BC so I hire via phone
I will probably be sending beer on top of my billJordon and Tony are my rockstars that I have never met!
