I recently went and had my eyebrows Micro-bladed and have since had several issue's. I have had to contact a doctor in regards to the procedure that was done on me. She I have bruising as well as my eyebrows have been infected since the procedure took place. While in my appointment I learned that she was only certified after being told she was licensed. After leaving that night she issued me a complete refund because she knew that I was not happy. My eyebrows were severely bleeding, and bruised to to her neglect. I have consulted a professional about getting this fixed and she said there is not way she can help me until all it heals and hopefully I do not have tramatic scaring from the procedure that was preformed on me.
She also stated that this girl has been turned into the board and that I"m not her first client that has had to deal with this particular individual with the same outcome.
I don't feel the environment is sufficient for the procedure that I had done. The individual does not have the skills, knowledge, or education to be doing this even though she portrays is differently.
This complaint should be against an independent contractor, not the salon she works for. We have responded to the consumer with a refund.

I did not realize that ***, Aka Emily Dillon and Cosmetics by Alex who was employed by The Salon just Renee booth space. By no means is the Salon owner reliable For anything. *** is the individual who is responsible.
