The patient attended Dr [redacted] ' seminar on 10/29/At that time, she scheduled a New Patient Consultation appointment with Dr [redacted] for November 23rdShe paid $at that time for this appointmentShe was given a receipt for her payment that clearly stated that there are no refunds for this appointment (attached)She called the day of her appointment (Nov 23) and cancelled and rescheduled for the next dayShe then cancelled the November 24th appointment and rescheduled for December 1stShe also cancelled that appointment.They are told at Seminar that there is a two cancellation policyOnce they have exceeded the allotment, they can schedule an appointment with Dr [redacted] for his regular fee of $They get a discounted fee of $for attending the seminar providing they don't cancel more than twiceThe receipt shows that once they pay the $87, it is non-refundable whether they come to the appointment or not.Dr [redacted] has been practicing in San Antonio for over two years and we have not had a change in policy regarding this matterEveryone is given a receipt for their payment which clearly shows NO REFUNDI We have never received a complaint regarding this policy in the past
