The customer service agent I spoke to knew they were not getting all of their mail.one would think they would be in contact with the post office and remedy the situationThe imaging center needs to deduct the cost of stopping payment on my check from the balance owedVery mad and unhappy I have to be out more $$$because of the irresponsibility of the people working in the office and their coward of a manager or supervisor that still hasn't returned my call
