Eric R [redacted] gave us a quote for work to be done and a date he would show up to do the work He did not show up and did not call to let us know he was going to show up for two days, we did not hear from him and left several messages When he did finally call back he said he would be over the next day and did not show Again he stated he would show up the next day and he has not shown At this time we have paid a deposit of toward the work and it has been deposited in his account No matter how busy he may be we deserve a call or for him to show up to do the work
I hired EZE to paint my house and signed a contract with a deposit for $ I have not seen Mr Renteria since 8/9/ After days I called the business but could not get through I called again on 8/and he answered He said he would get back to me "probably" the next week With no more contact forthcoming, I mailed a certified letter with receipt requested on 8/ Per USPS.com tracking, the delivery was refused at the address
This business owner should not own a business period!! Big scammer!! My dad hired this guy to do his roof, they signed a contract, my dad paid a 3,deposit for materials, this guy delivered no materials, cashed the check, and never did an ounce of work, now we are trying to get his deposit back and low and behold he will not give my dad a refund for the full amount, WORST BUSINESS EVER, SHOULD NOT BE A BUSINESS, DON'T HIRE THIS GUY PERIOD
I hired Eric R*** on June 6, to build my deck with windows and sidingI paid him for materials and laborHe then raises his labor from $to $ I paid him in fullI also gave him $for the roof of my shed He would show up or one to two hours every three or four days I have been calling him up to times a day since July 6, I can't get him to return my calls or respond to me to finish the jobThe deck is still open and no coverage on the top of the deck The birds are now getting the cracks and trying to build nests The rain has gotten in the uncovered part of the deck and has now warped the sidingHe also put a hole in the siding with a hammer Now one of the extra pieces of siding has blown over onto my carI have a mark on my car and a white mark on my left tire half way aroundI want $for half the labor, $for the materials for the shed and money for the damage to my carPlus he owes me $when he overcharged me
