Review: Complaint 2/12/2014 This company, imaging supply center, inc., sent a shipment of toner without authorization to our local elementary school. Our internal controls require that all purchases be made through the use of a company issued purchase order which was never generated nor sent to this company. An initial shipment, May of 2011, not ordered through our purchase order system, was unknowingly signed for and accepted by a substitute secretary who was unaware of our internal control system. This initial shipment was paid in full despite the lack of a purchase order. Numerous correspondence to imaging supply took place via email and phone to request an explanation of why a shipment of toner was made without any authorization. No one from this company would speak to me directly, nor my secretary. Another shipment was received without requesting the product and that shipment was returned the next day to imaging supply center , inc. via ups. We continue to receive bills for products we have never ordered or received. We are currently being billed for four shipments that were never ordered and never received. In addition the company is now threatening to sue us for products we never order or received. After the initial order I directed all staff to not accept any products/packages from this company. This has been adhered to since May of 2011.Desired Settlement: We would request that imaging supply center, inc. remove us from any delivery files or other files that they may have. We ask that the company remove any claims for payment for products not received or ordered. Please close this case of fraudulent invoices and claims for money owed by us to imaging supply center for products never received.

Review: In 2011, Imaging Supply Center, Inc. called one of our branches (Northshore YMCA) to obtain the names of two of our employees. The company then proceeded to ship up printer toner that we did not order. After the branch received and paid for two packages, the employees realized it was a scam and refused all future packages. We refuse to pay for the toner. We have never entered into an agreement with this company and it is not one of our preferred office supplies providers.
