Supposedly there systems a had a malfunction and really isnt my fault that there system was not functioning
right so I shouldnt have to pay the shipping if it wasnt include in final price but days after tell me I owe $

Review: upon initial use of product the display did not work and it did not print straight.edges where warped.the store tried to help me to no avail, so eventually they agreed to replace the unit with a new one.the new one came and it worked worse than the first one. the extruder was all used and scratched and had caked on debris along with a cracked cover.they replaced the extruder.the unit still does not work.the printer made a banging noise during printing and does not complete printsthis is all documented in email and with pictures and video.this has been over 2 months to no avail.Desired Settlement: full refund
