Water damage from broken plumbing
Water leakage might be fix if the water is deep enough to soak the occupants shoes. Their emergency response is almost non- existent. They do NOT return calls about emergencies but their phone system says press # and they will call back.

To Whom it May Concern:IMC is the management company for the [redacted] and is hired by the Board of Directors to assist in day to day operations of the Association IMC does not make decisions regarding the amount of the annual fees, how the funds are spent, what items of request are addressed , matters of policy or have any authority to make decisions based upon customer request As a matter of Board policy all requests by homeowners must be made in writing and sent to IMC to be forwarded onto the Board of Directors for their review to determine what if any actions is required.IMC always answers the phone Our office hours are 8:00am to 5:pm Monday thru Thursday and 8:am to 4:pm on Friday with a office staff of employees We close each day from 12:to 1:for lunch each day IMC also has a hour answering service for calls after operating hours or during the lunch hour I have serious doubts that phone calls were made and not forwarded on to the Board of Directors for their review and response.If the complainant is not happy with the actions of the Association they should file a complaint against the Association not IMCThey have filed against the wrong entity.Sincerely, [redacted] PresidentIMC
