called IMD, Inc. which stands for Image and Modeling Development Incorporated. I think [redacted] is confusing IMD, Inc. and IMTA which is the International Model and All of us at IMD have tried very hard to work with [redacted], or [redacted] as she has gone by with all of us here. Her legal name is [redacted], so she has used the name [redacted] most of the time with our agency. To start I would like to make clear that our company is called IMD, Inc. which stands for Image and Modeling Development Incorporated. I think [redacted] is confusing IMD, Inc. and IMTA which is the International Model and Talent Association, that’s the convention that she paid to attend in New York. [redacted] is correct about the things that she paid for: the IMTA convention, her photoshoot, her print package and the website. She knows this because she asked us for these figures on 4/6/18 and I replied the same day with a list of each item and how much she paid. Then she asked when she was taken off the website because she knew it hadn’t been a year. I replied explaining to her that we had to take her off of the website because she wasn’t communicating or getting back to us with the digitals and video we needed for the agents which made us look unprofessional. I also reminded her that we put her on the website in June 2017 and gave her all of her materials at IMTA in July even though she hadn’t paid for any of them yet. [redacted] didn’t finish paying for the website and print package until 12/7/17. Then [redacted] filed the complaint with the Revdex.com without asking us for a refund or being released from her contract. I tried calling all 3 numbers we have on file for her on 4/10/18 but all are disconnected. I emailed her that day asking her to call me so we could talk about her complaint and resolve it but she didn’t call or email back. This kind of communication with [redacted] has been consistent since day one. Below you can see our correspondence. Here is also a list of the communication and attempted communication with [redacted] since we started working with her. 4/10/18 emailed [redacted] saying we would give her a prorated refund and terminate her contract as she wishes if she retracts her Revdex.com complaint. Em4/10/18 tried calling re her email and her Revdex.com complaint. all 3 numbers are out of service. Em12/7/17 [redacted] finally paid the $145 balance on her prints and web. Em10/27/17 called regarding print balance, voicemail full. Emailed. Em9/28/17 [redacted] paid another $200 towards prints and web. Em9/27/17 [redacted] paid $200 toward prints and web. Em9/12/17 Emailed [redacted] telling her that her account could get sent to collections if she doesn’t make a payment. prints and web balance is $545. Em9/7/17 Left message on voicemail. [redacted]8/30/17 Left message regarding print balance. Em8/29/17 Emailed regarding print balance again. forwarded her the email thread where we talked about the price. [redacted]8/23/17 Spoke with [redacted] about payment on prints & web. She claims she only owes $300 and that it's sitting in her bank account to pay off the prints, etc. Said she needed to talk with [redacted]. When I asked [redacted] about the amount, she confirmed $545 balance that is on her prints envelope. Sending email to her about all this. CP8/22/17 Emailed again about digitals. [redacted]8/14/17 Left message regarding prints. Em8/11/17 called [redacted] regarding prints, couldn't get through, will try again Monday. Em8/4/17 [redacted] is on casting frontier but put up an unapproved photo, I emailed her and told her she needs to change it and sent her the approved headshot she is supposed to have up there. Told her it's going to cost $10 to change it but I can't submit her until she does. Em8/3/17 spoke to [redacted] about setting up voicemail, getting digitals done and she is paying for prints by the 11th. [redacted]8/2/17 called but her voicemail is not set up, emailed her. [redacted]7/31/17 [redacted] paid $50 towards prints and web. Em7/31/17 Called [redacted] to check in and check on print payment. She's sick, things are hard now and she's broke, trying to send a $50 payment today, doesn't know why we chose certain photos...etc. etc. etc. [redacted]7/27/17 updated email and telephone #. [redacted]6/14/17 Emailed to let her know she is not on casting frontier like we asked her to be. [redacted]6/2/17 [redacted] finally called! Her phone got ruined in the river and her computer got hacked and got viruses so she hasn't gotten any emails and couldn't call us. saved her temporary number "NEW". told me she's sending her resume even her computer has viruses and she can't email. Em6/2/17 LM to find out if she was getting mine and Emily's emails, she is not responding. [redacted]5/22/17 Skyped with Annie, went over nutrition and gave suggestions on changes she could make. Practice commercial for about 20 minutes and went over runway. Great Skype, very productive. [redacted]5/12/17- Emailed contact sheets. ashley4/24/17 Emailed to schedule IMTA Skype. [redacted]4/5/17 Called Annie, talked about shoot, hairstyle, IMTA workbook, her BF's grandma, she is Mariah Watchmans cousin, etc. etc. [redacted]4/4/17 Called to get her scheduled for her shoot, get her social media, tell her to sign all her paperwork as [redacted] her legal name. [redacted] As you can see, we have made every effort to communicate with [redacted] and she left us no choice but to remove her from the web temporarily until she was ready to commit to this and better communicate with us. Then, instead of asking for a refund she went straight to the Revdex.com to complain when we actually have done nothing unfair or wrong because never communicated those wishes to us. Annie’s poor communication is the reason she has not yet succeeded in this business and also the reason she is dissatisfied. We will terminate her contract if she would get back to us but she has not.
