Review: I ordered Ostomy supplies from imed on 1/*/2014 and 1/**/2014. They have debited my Visa 3 times for $348.00. I have still not received my product. I have messaged them multiple time and they have never tried to contact me. I have call and left messages multiple times with no response and now I have been calling and the line is always busy.Desired Settlement: Deliver the order or credit my account $1044.00

Review: An order #[redacted] was placed online through iMED.com on 11/**/2013 in the amount of $54.07. As of this date, the order has not been received but our payment has been processed. I've called numerous times at ###-###-####, left messages and no one has returned my call. At their request on their phone recording, I've also tried to go online to check this order; however, the page is not found. It appears that this company no longer exists. We would like to receive our order, or we should be refunded.Desired Settlement: Delivery of Order of Refund the $54.07

I actually received a shipment from iMed last week. However, the [redacted] I received were not the ones I ordered and are of no use to me. I don't know where I'm going to go from here. I've tried contacting their customer service line several times and continually get a recording.

Review: I placed an order at the beginning of December. The money was withdrawn from my account on the [redacted] of December. After a month of being told part of the order was on back-order I cancelled the order.

On February [redacted] confirmed the order was cancelled and the money would be credited to my account by the next statement date. Now it is nearly the middle of April and I still do not have the refund.

You cannot get anyone on the telephone number that they provide. My order was over $300.00

They have a different phone number now it is ###-###-#### but they are not available. EverDesired Settlement: Full Refund

Review: On October [redacted], 2013, I ordered merchandise from imed.com, with a total sale of $25.07. This amount was charged to my credit card immediately upon my online purchase. However, several weeks went by during which my online account described my order status as "warehouse processing order", when I had been promised the items would arrive in approximately 7 business days. This company does not answer their phone line, and no matter how many times you call the message always says 'all customer service representatives are busy, please leave a message". I left several voice messages that went unreturned. On 10/**, I sent an email message via the onsite customer service platform asking why the status of my order has said" warehouse processing order" for 3 weeks. On 10/**, a customer service representative responded simply "The order has been canceled due to the item being discontinued by our suppliers". This would be fine except my card had already been charged the $25.07. I alerted the company again via the online contact form that I had not seen a refund on 11/**. On 11/**, they responded that I would see a refund on my next credit card statement. My next billing period has come and gone, but I have still seen no refund. I was charged for an item that this company never had in stock and now they will not refund my money that was unduly charged.Desired Settlement: I want the money that was unrightfully charged to my credit card to be refunded in the total amount of $25.07.
