Review: I purchased several of an item called Sun Chlorella online from them. After the delivery period I inquired where it might be since I have not received it. The item cost was $297 and that is a lot of money for me. I also contacted the post office and asked what happened to the delivery of the product. After 3 emails and one call (that told me to send the email instead) from IMedMart.com I have heard nothing back from them. They clearly don't care what happened and do not intend to do anything to resolve the issue. It has bee about a month now since the order. Neither the post office or iMedmart have done anything to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: Since they have not responded in any way to help take care of the situation I have decided to request a refund for the undelivered item. You do not ignore your customers.

I placed an order on January 20,2015. I received confirmation of the order via e-mail. It is now February 14,2015 and I have not received the order. I have sent multiple e-mails to customer service and have tried to call customer service, but without success! The responses I received from the e-mails was that they would respond in 36 hours. There was never any response in that time frame! Should I find that here is a charge on my credit card for the item I didn't receive I will call the credit card company and file a grievance. This has been unacceptable. Thank you

Review: I ordered a product from this company several weeks ago. There policy is that the item will be shipped within 5 business days. I've sent them an email requesting they follow up giving me a reason that my product has not been shipped. They have refused to reply to my request. I called them , they have a toll free number and a direct line. The toll free number rings 2 this and than goes to a busy signal. The direct line has a recording that I have reached a number that is no longer in service. I will list the numbers below.

Review: I purchased an item from imedmart over the internet and was billed using my visa card. My product did not arrive in the mail during the expected time. Therefore, I contacted imedmart using their website contact form. The form said that they would contact me within 36 hours of receiving the information. They did not contact me and I waited over 4 days for a response. I then used the same contact form again and they still did not contact me. After no response I decided to call the company. I was placed on hold and said that I was the next person in line. After holding for more than 15 minutes an automatic voice came on saying I exceeded the hold time. I still have not received my product. Please help.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund on my money and report this fraudulent organization so that they cannot do business. A good business would have customer support help especially when they are selling over the internet.

The items never arrived and when I called the following phone number to discuss the non delivery (1-888-782-6638) it was a busy signal then hung up. After repeated calls the phone would at times rig but then go straight to a busy signal so I called the alternate number ((714)500-3628) which stated that the cell phone was not in service. I have not received the products and now have to change my ATM card number and hope the person who got my ATM card information doesn't empty my bank first.Desired Settlement: It would be nice if the items listed for sale on imedmart.com were actually delivered.

I ordered some amino acids & herbs. My order never did arrive.

DO NOT, I REPEAT ! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE, IT'S NOT A REAL BUSINESS. I LOST MY MONEY, DON'T BE STUPID LIKE I WAS AND LOSE YOU'RE MONEY.

I have contacted the attorney general of California and filed a complaint.
