I was told by [redacted] from iMerchant solutions that not only would I not be in a contract with them if I were to use their company for credit card processing services but that they would also be able to go into the back end of my POS and integrate their card processing system I got the equipment and was unable to use it with my Quickbooks Point of Sales as I was told so I returned the equipmentWhen I contacted iMerchant Solution they said that I would have to pay the cancellation fee for the service which I never used and actually was unable to use If I were told there was a contract or that they actually could not integrate the hardware with my software, I would have never purchased the system and services in the first place They said I had to pay the cancellation fee and they continuously charge my bank account $every month

They are a completely dishonest company and I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere The sales people will tell you your bill will be $for the first month and then $35/mo after that, until the 1% fee from credit card charges becomes more than that I literally use the machine once every months for less than $1,every time and my bill has never been lower than $ Both of the January bills I've had were $and $160, for which they gave me some BS explanation, which is supposedly covered in my contract in the most deceiving way possible It would cost me over $to cancel, so I'm going to deal with them for another months Don't make the same mistake I did! There are reputable companies out there who charge much less!
