There was an error on the water bills that were due June 1st. Unfortunately, the error was not caught until after the bills were mailed. The amount was adjusted to $and Mr*** paid this amount on June 1st

shower leakI have not been notified of any work to be done as of yetThey are to give me a 24hr notice and have not received oneI know what they say but what they sad and what they do is completely on two ends of the spectrumI am not holding my breath one their word some tenant have been waiting for things to be fixed for over a yr and still not done

I have attached the back page on the application that was signed by *** *** on May 11, It states that the holding deposit is refunded if cancelled within days of approval*** *** was approved on May 20, and canceled May 31, which is more than daysIt is not required to
send a lease before the day of move in

The air handler and duet is being replaced 10.14.2015 by a third party company. The shower is being started on 10.14 also and the floor by 10.19.2015.

The mail box door has been ordered. The post office is holding mail until the mail box it fixed.
