I own a cabinet company and I was hired to remodel an entire kitchen so I give this company the granite job I've been in the kitchen business since therefore in my year career as a cabinet maker I have hired enough granite contractors or companies to be able to distinguish the bad from the good These people are terrible Bad service, bad attitude, never anzwere there phone, bad work, no employee supervision, they take forever to get the job done and when they are installing they are in a hurry to finish so they do a very bad job, they do not honor their warranty or fix their bad work, and the list goes on and on Do not do business with them, don’t say you didn’t read this review they screw you out of your hard earned moneyProblem number 1: Part of their scope of work was to install granite backsplash, they did but left one of the sides a few inches short The correct way of addressing the issue is to remove the entire piece and cut a new one that is the correct length but because these people are dishonest and do not take pride in their work and im sure they did not want to spend the money, they added the piece there fore we had a seam in the granite that did not have to be thereProblem (the major problem): These people decide to install 3/4" granite with no decking Im no judge to determine who’s right and who’s wrong but in the years of hiring granite companies/contractors, I have never had to give granite installers specific instructions to make sure they install decking, these guys turn around and tell me "well you didn’t ask/pay for decking" That is months after I reached out to them to fix the problem, yes it took them over a month to finally answer my many calls, texts, etc Well as far as I know you do not have to special request decking on kitchen cabinets, its standard, everyone knows that, well apparently these people do not, so they claim it was my fault My response was "well even though I absolutely do not agree with your claim, you should have never installed the granite without first asking or making sure we did not want the decking." Johnny the owners son then just want to say I am not fixing it, I threatened to sue him and that made no difference he said go ahead, so we will see our day in courtSo now I have to pay to get someone to remove the entire granite put decking on it and reinstall it, my reputation with the homeowner has been tarnished and the homeowner was so sadden about this terrible experience that she even cried on several occasions None of which made a difference to these terrible people that have no hearthPlease there is plenty of good honest granite contractors out there doing a great job at a better price than these people, if you need granite, do not do business with these people Terrible service, never answer their phone, no warranty on their mistakes, etcetcand the list goes on

Please there is plenty of good honest granite contractors out there doing a great job at a better price than these people, if you need granite, do not do business with these people. Terrible service, never answer their phone, no warranty on their mistakes, etc. etc. and the list goes on.
