I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me (which is of course by ruleIf you make a customer fool then of course customer has to accept it).

Here is what you need to domoney is not a big deal with certain customer but consider this that when customer wants to buy your product and he makes down payment more than 20% (which is decided by you) that means he definatley want to buy it and at this point he doesn't know whats your rules and policy and also he doesn't know that he is going to cancel thiswhen you give him little receipt to sign of course most of the customer will check only the amount to ensure which is correct or wrong that's all
nobody cares about what is written down there in a short sentenceonce customer signs that and after he reads that (what he can do ? nothing because he already signed that and you have answer ready that "It's your problem") but gentleman its you who is a real problem when you give your receipt to customer to signed it Please tell them orally that your order is a custom order and its non refundable and can not cancelthat's all you have to do so customer understands it
If you see your shop camera footage you can clearly see that nobody mentioned that this order is NON-REFUNDABLE and CAN NOT CANCELyou can also see that I signed your receipt within a secondso guys change your attitude and satisfy your customer talk with them nicelytomorrow anyone can be in my place who will have real personal issue which will make him to cancel an order and like me if he contacts you within hour of order placed time if you can not do anything at least you should be able to refund his amount after keeping 20% of price amount with you.I could drag this to further and involve media in this matter(please do not tell me go ahead and do that you have little receipt signed by me :))

I am writing in reference to a letter you received from [redacted] J. [redacted], Revdex.com ID # [redacted].
As Mr. [redacted] mentions in his letter to you, he was informed that the ring he and his fiancee selected would need to be special ordered for them. As always, in an effort to...

maintain excellent customer service, the special order for the ring was placed immediately on October 21, 2014 prior to Mr. [redacted] and his fiancee leaving the store.
Once a special order is made in a specific metal and finger size it is not cancelable or refundable. I am enclosing a copy of the credit card receipt that Mr. [redacted] signed that clearly states "NO REFUNDS ON SPECIAL OR CUSTOM ORDERS', just below his signature. This refutes his statement in his letter to you that we are not "telling them or not explaining" that this was a non-refundable transaction. Additionally, we provided Mr. [redacted] with a copy of our refund policy at point of purchase, which he acknowledges also in his letter to you.
