I purchased concrete for a driveway from IMI concrete on 5/14/2020 the concrete was to have residential fiber in it .Instead it had commercial fiber in it .The commercial fibers are a lot longer and they stick up out of the finish which in turn looks really bad.Then when they brought the second load it was brought at a 8and a half slumpwhich makes for weak concrete. The day before that same job sent 27 yards the first 18 yards was down in 25 minutes then had to wait 2 hours for last 9 yards.That leaves a lot of cold joints.The service was really bad.The concrete came out of the fairfield ohio plant

*** I do not expect to do anything on the finish product.I would like something about the 8 1/2 slump you brought on the second day and about the wrong fiber you provided on the second day.I feel the quality of your product on the days in question is less then satisfactory.I fell you should stand behind your product.I would like something in writing that you will stand behind itThank you *** Construction LLC
