I booked an appointment with the lash technician and no where on her site says that she requires a lash consultation. Nor does she has a way to select volume lashes or regular lashes. It's just one selection and then options for classes. I paid a non refundable deposit of 21.00 and I had plans that weekend and I needed my lashes done that day. I showed up to my appointment early so I wasn't late . And when she got to me she said she didn't have volume lashes and advised if I did get regular extensions it wouldn't look full . So she wasn't going to preform any service on me. She expressed how she just bought a pack of volume lashes and is already out of them. It's her job to be in stock of supplies if your offering different services. She kept trying to get me to reschedule my appointment but like I said I had plans. And out of courtesy she should have just gave me my money back since it was her fault of lack of supplies . I feel like you can't make someone reschedule with you when there on a time frame. She was ill prepared and rude about it as well . I wouldn't recommend this lash technician to anyone. She doesn't handle business professionally. I had to drive almost 30mins to get to her for the waste of my time she should have refunded my money.

Hello, My name is Travanisha A owner of iMink. The young lady came into her appointment I asked her how would she like them. She stated long I then proceeded to ask could I see her lashes she had no lashes. Now a lot of people are unaware how lash extensions work they are applied to each one of your natural lashes. I then explained that to her she don't have enough lashes for me to even complete a full set of classic lash extensions on. They would look very spars and not full. I then suggested volumes lashes which are for clients who want the full look with very few lashes. I had just ran out of the volumes that day. Also I ordered more that day. I explained that to her, I said would you like to just book for a different day they will be here Monday. She began to be hostile stating NO she needed them for this weekend . I then go on to say you paid for something you don't want to get serviced again she responded NO. I was willing to knock something off her service because she will have to come back. After she kept saying no and being rude I simply replied with a " Have a nice day " People usually tell me if they have no lashes and we then go from there I suggest the best solution for them. I'm never rude to any of my customers I have a list long of loyal clients whom of which I do their entire family of lashes. I educated her which I could have been petty and still did her lashes KNOWING they wouldn't have been full. She never once asked for her deposit back. Which also it's stated in my policy it's NON REFUNDABLE! The deposit is required to secure your spot on my books. The whole conversation I was never rude to her so when this letter was handed to me I was a bit taken back. Because my business is like my child I have to feed it so it could grow. I put my all into my business I'm just very saddened that this action was even taken. She also asked in this group for lash extensions again someone recommended me she stated "HELL NO" I saw the remark and it didn't phase me one bit. Because that's the same type of attitude she had in the appointment. I don't do back and forth 1 because I'm a business owner. I didn't know I inconvenienced her because I educated her about lash extensions. Any of my clients know I'm never rude nor unprofessional.

I do not accept the response because the whole store is a lie that the tech has provided . I never once got "hostile" I simply asked the lady well since she couldn't provide services for me the day of my booking will she refund my deposit. She said no. She did offer like I stated to rebook but like I stated I had somewhere to be that weekend. I said no to rebooking with her and left out . The whole story is fabricated and it's a shame that she would lie about what happened. Very unprofessional once again. You can stick to your story about you simply not wanting to refund me but to call me hostile or if I went back and forward with you. That's something that I wont nor did I do. It was her idc personality that bothered me about my service with her. Not once did the lady even have a conversation with me after I declined rebooking about taking anything off my services. I have my own personally business that I do myself and I don't act in that manor nor do I act as if "oh well I got your money now" they girl was more concerned about getting to her crab legs she just got and was late to my appointment time than being courteous. And yes I did say "hell no" when someone tagged her in a post I made for INDIVIDUAL lashes not extensions. My cousin tagged her and yes I have all right to say no. Did I go further as to saying "why" no. I'm not in the business of bashing anyone. I could have explained why not because I have all right to but I didn't . And she doesn't have to be phased about my opinion because she didn't clearly care at my appointment. I asked her one time "will she refund my deposit" and she said I can "rebook" I'm not about to keep asking. My deposit yes was to hold my appointment slot but you didn't even provide services due to the lack of equipment. You think people who do hair can give that same excuse? No they can't . It's your job to be stocked on your supplies. I do nails , I wouldn't take someone deposit and can't do there nails because I'm out of tips. I would refund there money and when I have my supplies they can rebook under there discretion. This isn't personal it's business. If I was "hostile" you would think you would see this coming. I Would have went on social media to express my concerns about her services. I walked out quietly and handled it this way. Because there's to many unprofessionals getting over in Nashville and getting paid to do it.
