Review: This complain is about CREDIT/REFUND issue with current daycare centerMy child has attended Immanuel Genius for 4 weeks and we found out that there is actually a NO CLASS exist. ( only one child beside mine / and that child leaves few hours early, there fore, mine being baby sitted alone. I Paid first month $900 and deposit $ 900 : we were denied when we asked to use that money ( deposit ) toward second month in march . Because the [redacted] child care center told us that there is a few kids in the class, we did not worried or even considered otherwise. This is a a violation of business ethic and we want the credit not refunded but use for the next month in marchPlease help us to resolve this problem in time thank you , [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want to use deposit for March 2014
