Do not order parts from these guys. They are crooks!! I ordered two seats for a Toyota 4 runner. Paid for them via VISA/pay pal. I called repeatedly to find out when they would ship. After promising they would ship within 24 - 48 hours, two weeks later, they still had not shipped. After threatening to cancel the order, they finally shipped them via Greyhound packaging service supposedly to my shipping address which I provided. Several days later I get a call from greyhound to come pick them up, which is over an hour away!!!!I told them to ship back to sender and will be canceling the order. I ahev also filed a complaint with them on the BBB. They are already pretty poor on the BBB. I wish I would have seen that prior to ordering.... I have since called Visa and let them know that I never received these goods and will be receiving a credit.. Do yourself a favor and avoid these clowns like the plague....
Auto Parts LLC has sent me repeating emails indicating that I have an invoice to pay thru paypal with a misleading "click" to pay on the email I have not purchased anything from Auto Parts They will not answer there phone I left message to stop Their sending of a payment invoice for something I never bought or ordered is an illegal business practice
calling for hours and no answer the call just disconnects
no tracking information furnished sent e-mails and tried to call just revolving ad to listern to with no rep to answer
On 6/27/16, I placed an order for Mitsubishi Galant left door mirror, power, ES heated
At the time when I placed this order, I was not told that the part I ordered is damagedAfter I received the part, I showed it to my mechanic and he said this part is the right part but it is damaged in placesIf you want me to repair this damage, it will cost you $As I needed my car as soon as possible, I had no choice but to let him repair and install this part
When I brought this incident to 4-Auto parts LLC's attention, they refused to refund the money but they asked me to ship it backAt this time, the part had already been repaired and installed in the carIf I had known that this part was damaged, I would have a choice to buy it or not to buy itBut this information was not provided to me

After posting a review on Google and Yelp involving the companies shady business practicesThe company responded by publicly posting a Dropbox web link with audio recordings of myself and text files containing my personal address and telephone numberThis presents a issue with privacy and the safety and well being of my family and myselfThe practices being demonstrated by this company will lead to further legal actionThere is no contract which was agreed to allowing the public use of my private information
These people have a NO RETURN POLICY which means that if you make a mistake, you are stuck Their first response to my first email was that it wasn't their fault and when you read the fine print you learn that they are not responsible for anything The part arrived from a different source so my best guess is that they are brokers That means they just buy from one place and resell at a higher price Delivery took forever and as I said, the package arrived from some other location AT ALL COST - DON'T BUY FROM THEM They are rude, crude, and ruthless If you're not sure who you're dealing with, here's a link to a photo of their facility the only thing missing is a banjo and three guys with a total of teeth to share between them

This guy cares nothing about customer SERVICE or customers satisfaction at all and he buys all hes parts off ebay then lies about it , lies about shipping the parts out gives you a fake tracking number you call him asking him were are the parts at weeks later and he catches a attitude with youobviously he is all about the money GO SOMEWERE ELSE OR GO TO EBAY AND GET IT CHEAPER because this place is a joke do not shop here
This seller listed a Headlight for sale on *** They had it listed for $or make offerI made an offer for $200, they countered back, I countered back this went on more times until finally they accepted $and my credit card was charged through there online credit card processors ***MY CARD WAS CHARGED $They sent me and email which I did not open because I just assumed it was shipping details, their email said We're sorry, there was an error, we did not sell this item to you for $ days later I checked the because I was wondering why I haven't received the item I them about it, I was upset because number this was a legally binding contract online, and not only had they not sent the item, they also had not refunded my credit card

Was told that purchased shipped Was given run-around for days after purchase Spoke with no one except Charles but was told on multiple occasions that I would have to talk to some one else about the shipping information or to call back in the morning to "speak with some one else about the shipping." After weeks, I received a notification that a FedEx label had been created I called to complain, ask for my shipping expenses to be returned, and express my concern I was told that "Attitude is not going to get you anywhere" and that there was a shipping error I was then told that they had actually shipped out the items to the wrong address Then I was told that they accidents happen and that it wasn't their fault that they shipped my item to the wrong address and they were in no way going to be hit twice for shippingI must say that it started out as a friendly exchange and that I would have recommended them as a resource As of right now, I would say that the customer experience got worse and worse and that I have been lied to, run in circles, and blamed for 4-Auto Parts, LLC's shipping errors Basically ended on with a hang-up I am seriously considering returning the items to sender, demanding a full refund, and buying my parts somewhere else IT IS THAT BAD! I have never been treated like this and would not expect anybody else to put up with it
