Need records
I called and can't seem to get my records from them. Who do I have to contact? I need to have some more dental work done, and need my records.

I was excited to finally get my tooth filled in, but I was warned it could come off easily since it was a small fill. I said what would happen if it came off in a few days? And I was told I could get it redone or be refunded. Well they did the filling and THEN the cleaning and it popped right off! I now saw what she meant and she asked if I wanted it redone or refunded and I said refunded because I didn’t have time for a redo and I saw how easily it popped off. Four weeks have passed and no refund was granted so I called the other day and now they’re telling me they won’t refund me but I can come in for a redo filling . I’m upset because I really liked the staff and their kindness but now I’m being told something completely different .

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, the way in which I had to obtain the appropriate refund was tedious and appallingMy refund (which was actually $less than what I was supposed to receive), was not granted until March of 2015, almost months after I first made the complaint and months since the screw up at the local officeCalls to Immediadent's main billing office went unreturned for months, even though I left about messages with my name, phone number and e-mail addressI also sent them e-mails that went unanswered, which tells me that their main business office (if it can be called such) is wholly unreachable by clients and the general publicEven the people at the local office commented on how hard it was for them to reach their main officeFor all intents and purposes Immediadent at first, through their actions or lack thereof, had ZERO intention of working with me in good faith and actually refunding any of the moneyThis was made especially evident considering the last time I tried to leave a message with their main billing office, the phone was picked up then hung up just so I couldn't get to voice mailThat went on about times in one day, which was the straw that broke the camels back and which facilitated a change of tactics, leading to a war mode approach of sortsAfter that incident, it took more months of pressuring the local office in Lexington with daily visits, threats of legal action by my attorney, pressure from [redacted] of [redacted] , negative media coverage from local news channels and the threat of legal action by the Attorney General of [redacted] himself ( [redacted] ) to finally make Immediadent cough up the refund I was legally owed, which as I said before was short $The fact that it took all that for Immediadent to do what was right speaks volumes to the type of company they runAlso, I should have received $but instead received $after Immediadent billed [redacted] differently the second time around so they wouldn't owe the original amountEven the [redacted] rep I spoke to on the phone said as much, and suggested that their rebill was suspiciously similar to insurance fraudThe Attorney General's office here is actually looking in to that possibility as they opened their own file on the matter after closing my file regarding my incidentI am also still considering a potential lawsuit against Immediadent for monetary compensation related to all the loss of time, effort, wages and suffering that I had to endure trying to make them actually lift a finger and do the right thingI know there isn't much the Revdex.com can truly do to them since they did actually pony up the money, but at the least I would like to see Immediadent punished in some way for the hassle they have caused myself and so many others like me who have dealt endlessly with them.Sincerely, - [redacted]

Billed for Service not rendered
I give Immediadent Anderson Indiana Negative 5 Review
Went in for replacement of crown that had fell off after a few months.
Procedure was completed paid for. $2209.00
Was not supposed to be charged to replace defective crown.
A month later they tell me I owe $113.00 for some charge on this procedure.
This is totally contrary to their billing procedure. They always tell you the amount owed before every procedure. They waited a month to see if they could get my insurance to pay this charge. When they found out my insurance would not pay then they made me aware of the charge.
Ive spent $8000 dollars at this office and I will never go back again. Their liars and very deceitful.
I purchased a partial for $1500 that was like chewing on a sponge that I could never wear.
Had to go 4 times because of a crown that kept falling off.
Then they tell me how a crown will not hold properly on a back lower molar after I went through all of this and thousands of dollars.
Then they have a dental assistant give me a nerve block that damages a lingual nerve and my tongue has nerve damage for the last 2 months.
I will never go back again. Their liars and very deceitful.

+1

Response to complaint ID # ***
To Whom It May Concern:
ImmediaDent has seven locations in the Indianapolis
Metropolitan areaWe are open 9am to 9pm, seven days a week, so that we can
meet the needs of a patient base that either has an urgent dental need at
an
inopportune time, can only take time off from work or school with difficultly,
or just finds our patient focused care and convenient locations right for them
Patients choose to come to ImmediaDent
due to our convenience over some alternatives that may be less expensive, but
also less convenientWe know that many of our patients struggle financially
and that is why we do all we can to assist them, including billing insurances
on their behalf, arranging third party payment plans and some in-house payment
options in certain situations
I have looked into the customer’s
account and reviewed the concerns as laid out in his letter, due to state and
federal privacy laws we are limited in our ability to discuss information
relating to patient care and I cannot specifically address these concerns in a
venue like the Revdex.com website With that
said, I have several notes in our system that the complainant has been
attempted to be contacted, as recent as 01/22/I will forward this information
to the Billing DepartmentWe encourage the patient to reach out to us at ###-###-#### or *** with any additional questions or concerns he
may have
Thank you,

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  I received a response frim [redacted] from the Home Office of Immediadent stating that a Credit had been issued to my Credit Card.  This message also informed me that it would take 5 days for the credit to appear, it has now been 7 Calendar days, 5 Business Days and to date, no credit has been received.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
However, the way in which I had to obtain the appropriate refund was tedious and appalling. My refund (which was actually $80 less than what I was supposed to receive), was not granted until March of 2015, almost 4 months after I first made the complaint and 5 months since the screw up at the local office. Calls to Immediadent's main billing office went unreturned for 2 months, even though I left about 20 messages with my name, phone number and e-mail address. I also sent them 11 e-mails that went unanswered, which tells me that their main business office (if it can be called such) is wholly unreachable by clients and the general public. Even the people at the local office commented on how hard it was for them to reach their main office. For all intents and purposes Immediadent at first, through their actions or lack thereof, had ZERO intention of working with me in good faith and actually refunding any of the money. This was made especially evident considering the last time I tried to leave a message with their main billing office, the phone was picked up then hung up just so I couldn't get to voice mail. That went on about 20 times in one day, which was the straw that broke the camels back and which facilitated a change of tactics, leading to a war mode approach of sorts. After that incident, it took 2 more months of pressuring the local office in Lexington with daily visits, threats of legal action by my attorney, pressure from [redacted] of [redacted], negative media coverage from local news channels and the threat of legal action by the Attorney General of [redacted] himself ([redacted]) to finally make Immediadent cough up the refund I was legally owed, which as I said before was short $80. The fact that it took all that for Immediadent to do what was right speaks volumes to the type of company they run. Also, I should have received $420 but instead received $340 after Immediadent billed [redacted] differently the second time around so they wouldn't owe the original amount. Even the [redacted] rep I spoke to on the phone said as much, and suggested that their rebill was suspiciously similar to insurance fraud. The Attorney General's office here is actually looking in to that possibility as they opened their own file on the matter after closing my file regarding my incident. I am also still considering a potential lawsuit against Immediadent for monetary compensation related to all the loss of time, effort, wages and suffering that I had to endure trying to make them actually lift a finger and do the right thing. I know there isn't much the Revdex.com can truly do to them since they did actually pony up the money, but at the least I would like to see Immediadent punished in some way for the hassle they have caused myself and so many others like me who have dealt endlessly with them.Sincerely, -[redacted]
