I am rejecting this response because: we refute the slanderous comment made by immediate response technologies as untrue . We tried numerous times to negotiate with this organization, even offering alternative orders for the undelivered product instead of the refund if our money. Mr R[redacted] declined and refused to refund our monies or take alternate orders. Our complaint to Revdex.com included a copy of a lawsuit filed against immediate response technologies in prince George's county, md. We believe that this organization has committed intentional fraud and filed this Revdex.com complaint to afford them the opportunity to refund our money for undelivered product before the court suit finalized. This suit is now a matter of public record along with this formal Revdex.com complaint.
