Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I want to start off saying that Mrs [redacted] left me no other choice than reach the Revdex.com to resolve this matter She never informed me the status of my case At the contrary, I was constantly trying to communicate with her to find out if she received any news from [redacted] Therefore, I am not afraid to call Mrs [redacted] a liar Most of the information she is stating in her letter are lies and I can prove that 1stI met [redacted] -in person- in a Tijuana club through a common friend I reached Mrs [redacted] via [redacted] and I met her in person to discuss about my case We met at her office in Tijuana on Thursday, May 21, at 5pm (See 1st attachment)During our encounter I explained to her my case I informed her that in 1995, my father -as permanent resident- petitioned me and my brother [redacted] , but later in he became US Citizen My concern was that the priority date for my case (as original daughter of a permanent resident) was approaching soon While the cases for sons or daughter of US Citizens were a bit behind My main doubt and concern was on how my case was going to be filed I asked her which option applied to me: as daugher of a Permanent Resident -as the original paperwork were done- or if I needed to file as daughter of a US Citizen.Mrs [redacted] stated that my process could be done as daughter of Permanent Resident but will have to do it close to the priority date.NOVEMBER, 2015: I personally check the [redacted] Bulletin every month and I at this point I am very familiar with the information in it So, a few months later, while studing in Spain, I reached out Mrs [redacted] again because I knew that my priority date will be arriving and I needed legal counseling and a legal assistance to help me fill out my paperwork.Mrs [redacted] agreed to work in our case (for $dlls each) and stated she will move forward our cases as Son/Daughter of Permanent Resident (See attachment 2) I told her I will be communicating with her via email and send her all documents needed through my brother I found that my brother, [redacted] , met her representative, [redacted] *** [redacted] provide him with documents and family pictures as well as $dollars to start with our caseA month went by and did not hear from Mrs [redacted] Due to the holidays I understood I needed to wait and on my return I reached Mrs [redacted] MARCH, 2016: [redacted] and I met for the second time in March 24, I never met [redacted] as she and him are stating in their letters As matter fact I did not know who Mr [redacted] was, until August, (which I will explain later in this same letter). When I met Mrs [redacted] for the second time she stated [redacted] sent me a letter at the address my father used when he petitioned us I told her I updated my father address twice and that I received a notification from [redacted] about it [redacted] asked me to sign a document which will go to [redacted] indicating that she will act from my behalf She went further and said that after I signed this document it will take about 2-weeks for a response A month passed by and I did not get any news from Mrs [redacted] , I kept insisting and she requested for more weeksMonths went by and I did not heard anything about my case.July 2016: When I received my tourist [redacted] and while in vacation I had the time to inquire more about my case with two immigration attorneys I wanted to confirm that my case could move forward as daughter of resident as Mrs [redacted] previously informed me I was able to get consultation with differents immigrations attorneys and a legal assistance (see attachment 3) and they ALL advised that my case needs to be file as daughter of citizen and that there is nothing to be done at the moment but wait until my priority date and this could take two to e four more years I tried to insist IF there would be another way as Mrs [redacted] advised and the attorneys clearly said NO and they won't take my case until my priority date as Daughter of US Citizen will arrive.I was very confused and shocked because Mr [redacted] never warned me about thisAt the contrary, she was giving me hopes, information as she still falsely giving information to the Revdex.com in letter response.August 2016: After founding my case was not viable I decided to go to Mrs [redacted] office in Chula Vista but she was not present so I spoke to her secretary (to be honest, I don't know if her name is [redacted] ) The secretary was very polite, she said she was the one communicating with me via e-mail during my staying in Spain I did not know this, I thought I was communicating with [redacted] and sometimes with Mr [redacted] as the emails were signed under [redacted] name Regardless, I spoke with the secretary and told her I knew my case was not going to proceed I let her know that I went to see couple of attorneys and they explained to me why my case was not viable In addition I told her I recently found I was pregnant and I would not have time to continue look for Mrs [redacted] nor follow up with my case, so, I decided is better to cancel it The secretary said she will let [redacted] know and then call me back or if I decided to come at a certain hour of the week [redacted] is usually there at that time I provide to her with my sisters phone number, she had my Tijuana phone number and I advised her that email works better for me.I did not heard back from the secretary or [redacted] so a few days later I stopped by at the office again Neither [redacted] or the secretary were at that moment, it was another lady (I don't have her name) I explained to her the reason of my visit and she called a man, who at that moment I found it was Mr [redacted] *** I explained to Mr [redacted] that I have seen other immigration lawyers and they advised my case is not going to proceed at the moment I told him I decided to cancel my case as I found about my pregnancy and I don't have time to follow up with it nor wanted to keep chasing Mr [redacted] for a follow up Mr [redacted] was courteous and let me know he will discuss my case with [redacted] and will call me back I told him I been waiting for that call for days as this was my second visit to the office He asked me to please allow him until that evening to call me back once [redacted] gets to the office I agreed to wait.I want to emphasis that I NEVER met Mr [redacted] in Tijuana as stated in Mrs [redacted] letter Neither I was told about an invoice or a refund check It is very sad how Mrs [redacted] can lie and be so unprofessional I want to touch a few points and ask some questions in regards to Mrs [redacted] response letter.1: Why are you and your secretary are claiming that you attempted to reach me several times and not proving it? You, [redacted] , and your secretary knew very well that my primary via of communication is my e-mail or [redacted] I never received a message about an invoice or a checkIf you in fact wrote me a check, why did you do so? You should know better that as a non-immigrant with a [redacted] B2, it's a hassle to cash a check Not only that but I paid you in Cash, I am expecting to get my reimbursement the same method or to my sibblings account3: As far as I was informed any documents will need to be submitted to the [redacted] if they are requested and this is primarily done when the priority date arrives Is not clear to me why or for what reason you translated our birth certificates and other documents In your response letter you are submitting our [redacted] conversation, I am glad you did so, but you tampered the information saying that my first contact with you was during my staying in Spain and wrote that I stopped communicating with you in August I have attached a screenshot from our conversation which started in April 4, at 11:31pm and a screenshot from the last message I sent you was in October 28, at 11:09am and you saw and read it on Oct 30, at 11:06am (see attachment 4).I demand a reimbursement in full Please deposit it at my sibling's account # [redacted] *** Regards, [redacted]
