On March 15, [redacted] sales manager contacted Mr [redacted] and explained we will be glad to wash his car at his convenience and that the reason we did not when he wanted it washed was because the weather was very cold and his locks may freeze The service writers in all were spoken to by the service manager and explained that we will wash the vehicle even in cold weather but let the customer know the locks may freeze under extreme weather and leave the choice up to the customer whether he would like it then or at another time
contacted customer and reviewed her complaints, offered a solution and customer accepted
