Items are offered for a "free trial" and I was later charged full price for products. Their ad was deceptive and the terms were "well hidden".

My Visa account was charged the following amounts $92.17 + $93.83 on 9/19/19. I contacted their customer support and they would not give me a full refund but did credit me back $80 as a "gesture" of goodwill. They told me that the terms and conditions were stated on a "link" to their ad. I cancelled any future orders and expected a shipment for the charges on 9/19. When I did not receive the product after a month, I contacted them several times. I finally talked to their support person who said that the charges were for my initial trial products. Being so small in quantity, I thought that they were "free samples" but he said, no, they were the actual product size. One item was 30 ml and the other 15 ml. It was a total rip-off AND their products did not work. I was scammed because they cleverly marketed and hid the actual terms.

Order for Endless Allure Eye and Endless Youth Face products on July 24 and I cancelled on August 7 by email which is 14 days. According to the agreement the order needed to be cancelled within 14 days. I was charged $92.72 and $93.83 on August 5 which was not 14 days. I feel I should receive the refund as stated in their agreement.

I ordered on 08/06/2019 in the evening. I received the tiny jar 08/10 or 08/11. Opened the package and that was all that was in the package. No package detail / nothing stating I had to call a phone number by 15 days or I would be charged $93.83. It was a free trial offer to try the product. There was not anything stating that I would have future shipments or future money taken from the checking account. I called the company and they refused to give me a refund. I said I would go to Revdex.com and they stated I would absolutely not get any kind of a refund from them. They said I could get $40 if I just pretty much let them take the other $54.00 / this company is nothing but a scam/fraud and it is ridiculous that they are even allowed to continue taking money. The fact that not even one ounce of product could cost this much from this ridiculous company. Today is August 26th / the person on the phone with me kept saying I had to call them back way back on August 24th. Today is the 26th and the reason I called in the first place was that there was a large amount taken from my account.

I think this was a scam. Asked to send me a trial sample and price for shipping. Then charged me for full price for product which I did not like. Would not let you return if product was opened. How do you try a trial sample without opening? Had to call to have them cancel a subscription that I did not order.

My account was charged from this company for almost $200 which I was not aware of
This company advertised a $4 charge with a $5 shipping to try a product a total of $9 per product and 1 month later my account was charged $93.83 and $92.72 which my bank made me aware after they believed it was fraud I canceled my card immediately. I was never made aware of these charges and I never approved these charges. This company than sent my bank disclosure confirmation that I never received or saw. I have never used this company before and was unfamiliar with this company until the charges were made to my attention

This company is a scam ... they have a trial avaialable and no fine print stating any charges or fees. after a month they will charge you around 200$! and will not refund you no matter what ... I have proof that there was nothing in the fine print and they still will not refund me they still owe me exactly 58.83 they stole off my card today !
