AWFUL COMPANY I ORDERED A $65.00 NAIL KIT AND NEVER NEVER RECEIVED IT-WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

On April 17 I purchased two items from this company on April 17th. Since then I have emailed asking for the tracking information for my order. It is now the 3rd of May and I have not received the tracking information or my order. After several emails and not tracking or product provided I requested m money be returned immediately. I am then informed by them it can not be returned became it has passed the return available date so I ask for the tracking information and the product again. Still nothing. I want my money returned. This has been a bad experience with this company and I do not want to have to communicate with them anymore, Please help me in retrieving my money. They are literally stealing money from me. I have not received any product or tracking information from them. Please help me put an end to this. I can forward all our emails as proof. Please advise if you need this as part of the process.
