Review: My Step-son, [redacted] called the iMobileRescue on February 5th and asked them if he could bring to their office his [redacted] for them to tell him if it can be fixed. His understanding from the telephone conversation was that iMobileRescue will check the [redacted] for free and tell him whether it could be fixed and for how much. After waiting for half an hour outside the store, we went back in and asked for the diagnosis. We were told that the phone cannot be fixed and when we asked for the [redacted], the Technitian, and to our surprise, told us that we owe him $30 and he would not give us the [redacted] until we pay him.After a long dispute, I asked for an invoice and I was given a handwritten invoice for $30. My understanding was to be told whether the [redacted] could be fixed or not at no charge, and if the [redacted] was fixable we would have to pay for time and material needed to be repaired.Desired Settlement: I would like the store to pay me back the $30.
