Jon M inspected my home for mold and thought it was mold. Charged me $75 each for 2 samples to be sent to a lab for testing and $350 for his inspection and report which he said he would send to me. The report was for insurance purposes and for Servpro Cleanup & Restoration to follow in remediation of the mold. Jon's inspection was on February 7, 2020. I have been unable to reach him since. I went to the address on Enterprise and found it empty.
At this time, I have been contacted directly by iMold Consultants, LLC regarding complaint ID 14208496, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[Your Answer Here] iMold sent me a report via email. However, the service provider (ServPro) whom told me to use iMold said that they could not use the report. It is useless to me!
