My Dodge Magnum was recently repossessed through no fault of my own by iMotors the in-house lender that hides under the name "Golden One Financial" When I contacted them I pleaded with them to give me a reason why they repossessed my car when I have my payments svia automatic withdraw; payments were not late, money was available although the bank informed me that there was no attempt whatsoever to withdraw the payment I asked how this could happen and why? Their response was "we no longer use or allow debit card transactions for payments" I asked why I wasn't informed of this information Their response was that a letter was sent out via certified mail; of course I or anyone in my household never received anything I told them this and asked them to provide the signature card with any one of our signatures as proof that we were notifiedThey said it takes time to receive the signature card from the post-office This begs the question "WHY" why would they repossess the car if they had not properly notified me of these internal changesIt was their fault that payment wasn't received yet they refuse to give me my car back without paying an astronomical amount of money for the impound expenses This is ruthless and borders criminal if you ask me
