Total scam outfitThey advertise certain fairly well known movies for streaming online through a large number of front websites, all with a similar design and format
Websites such as: tvbii.com, cinamuse.com, reelvitz.com, etc
When you gain access to their "catalog" of movies, none of the movies advertised on their front pages are actually part of their catalogThis is a classic bait-and-switch tacticThe movies which are a part of their catalog consist of no-name titles, B and C movies, and other rubbish
When contacting them by phone, they (iMovies LTD/LLC) claim that the original website that refers visitors to them isn't actually owned or operated by them, yet, they still ask you for the username you used on the original page(?!?)

Review: I haven't even used this website once actually. It sent me to another website to watch a movie with horrible quality. I am sure I cancelled my trial membership, but they have taken almost $40 dollars a month from me for 3 months.Desired Settlement: For me to get my $123.45 back that I wasted not even using the site.

Review: This company has billed my account for five months without permission for a total of $174.75. when I called to speak to an agent, I was hung up upon. I never subscribed to this service.Desired Settlement: I want my bank account credited $174.75 immediately.

[redacted] Customer Service

On January 2012 my credit card was inadvertently used to sign up for a FREE 5 day movie service. It was billed to a card that is used strictly for business, and the bill for this credit card rarely gets viewed. I received this months statement and to my surprise saw $39.95 charge from your company. As your records will indicate we have never downloaded nor streamed anything from your website.

I realize the importance of a good reputation especially online. With integrity, cooperation, and good customer service as a backbone. It would be appreciated if this matter could be resolved ammicably on the basis of fairness and transparency, without the need for any further escalation.

This is a follow-up letter to my original phone call that I have saved requesting a refund. Please note I have cc'd an Ontario Ombudsman going forward, and the Revdex.com.

In closing, I hope you will agree with me, and make the ethical choice cultivating a strong customer service orientation.

Yours truly, [redacted] The web.

Review: Fraudulent charges were made on my son's account. I called reelvidz as instructed by our banker to inquire about restitution and to cancel the account. The customer service rep "[redacted]" was rude which made me suspicious of the company. She insisted that he had signed up with them and I told her that he did not and that someone had been using his card not only to rent movies from their site but also other charges several states away. After an unpleasant phone call I decided to google them and found that many other people had been scammed.Desired Settlement: Reelvidz needs to change their "marketing" practices so that people don't continue to get scammed.

Review: This company has taken $35.95 straight out of my bank account for a whole year. I have never noticed because I didn't have my bank information to log on to see my bank activity and I was busy working 3 jobs for the whole first half of this time. I finally got contact with my bank due to overdrafting. I was also able to access my bank activity online and I noticed the company was taking money since november of 2013. I went to the bank to file a complaint and they let me know this company was taking money from me the entire time, for a year they said. they gave were able to give me 3 months worth of payments back but just today I noticed my account had .93 cents which is impossible because I just got paid this past friday. I qucikly logged on to my back account and noticed the bank took those 3 months of money back, I went up to my bank and spoke with a representative. he called the business for me and they hung up on him just as they had done to me previously. he called back complaining about their service and demanding his client be credited the money back. they then said I will get my money back in 5 - 10 busniess days but only those 3 months. I would like all of my money back from the entire year. I would also like help so this no longer happens to anyone. we all work for our money. it is horrible to not have the money I worked hard for.Desired Settlement: I want my complete refund for these services I had no authorization for and I would like an apology from the company for their horrible service.

Review: ordered this service for a free trial. Could not use this "service". It took them all of 5 minutes to take $44.95 from my mastercard (which had to be given in order for them to process my order) I authorized nothing to be taken from mastercard, was told I could cancel at any time. Could not use this service at all. When I called to cancel this order, was told it would take 5 to 10 business days to refund the 44.95, which I never authorized to be taken. This is certainly not a user friendly site, and fraudulent. These people are not to be trusted.Desired Settlement: I received nothing from this company, and expect the unauthorized withdrawal of $44.95 to be refunded in a timely manner (not 5 to 10 business days) If they can withdraw it in less than 5 minutes (unauthorized) certainly it can be refunded in less than 5 days.

Review: They claim & GUARANTEE a "free trial" sign-up & only needed credit card info to confirm legal age; after signing-up I was charged & no "free trial" was there, I had to pay to watch anything they had.Desired Settlement: Even though it was only $1 they charged for my "so-called free trial", I need that money put back on my card. It has caused me great stress, loss of needed funds, inconvenience of purchases needed afterward, & unneeded charges on my credit card. Either a refund back onto my credit card or cash, AS WELL AS having the company sued, shut-down, change their advertisement, or all the above.

Review: CINAMUSE as it is advertised ask for credit card verification (No Charge To The Card) for to view Movies online. But when I checked my bank balance the had a $.99 hold for the Credit Card Verification. I decided then to cancel the service because they advertised no charge to my card. I called CINAMUSE Toll free number (877 801-9517) and press the prompts to cancel the account. I was sent a Email from Cinamuse confirming my cancellation with a confirmation number:

The CinAmuse Support Team

I have called 3 times and Cinamuse has Refund $39.95 and Deducted $40.27 and extra $0.32 for International currency charge. This Company is a rip-off by fasley advertising no charge and then charge for services that were never rendered and in this case, after cancellation. They also go by several other website names.Desired Settlement: I want my $40.27 because I live on a fixed income because I'm a Disabled Veteran and I need my money back as soon as possible.

Review: This company has fraudulently debited several times from my bank debit card. I attempted to recover the funds when I discovered the fraud today, but was told they would not do anything. This is 100% fraud. The customer service representative hung up on me when I tried to gather information. I never signed up for a free-trial with this website. I have actually never even heard of this website until today from my bank which provided me with their website and their phone number. The representative told me they had the right to charge my credit card, however, this is not a credit card. They could not tell me the address that was used on the account because they did not have any information because it is entirely fraudulent. This company has the duty of care to require information to verify identity. It is my belief that this company used my account as a worm-like account to skim small amounts of money until they dried up my entire account.Desired Settlement: I am asking to be fully refunded for all of the fraudulent charge (i.e., all the monies they debited from my bankcard from the first draw to the last).

Review: ive never heard of this company before but some how they got aholod of my credit card number and have taken monthly payments from it that for one I havent authorized and to if I want to so call cancel an account I didnt creat I pay them .99 cents forDesired Settlement: I would like money back on my card and for them to stop doing this to others also and to be possibly shut down for theft

Review: My card was wrongly charged $34.95 after a free 5-day trial and I cancelled the membership before they should have charged me but would not back out the charge. I never utilized their services and was hung up on when I called them to discuss my options. I'm still not sure that my membership has been cancelled although I have now called twice to do so.Desired Settlement: I would just like them to refund the $34.95 charge they charged for services I never utilized and cancelled twice now.

Review: The company entitled Reelvidz, caused an unauthorized charge to my checking account. I did not even register with their company-or watch a movie and one week later I was charged 34.95. I would like this company held accountable for what they have done. I am trying to save for college, and because of them I now have an overdraft fee. This is unacceptable and I want them to be held accountable. My bank says that I need to change my credit card information as well-because of this corporation.Desired Settlement: I would like this business to be held accountable. I want a review posted by the Revdex.com-to warn other students of this fraudulent business. I also want to be refunded the money they took from my account-as well as the overdraft fee I was charged.

Review: I have no recollection of signing up with itshd, but may have accepted an offer for a free trial. I just realized I've been charged $39.95 per month since February.Desired Settlement: $39.95 refunded for February, March, April, May, June, and July.

Review: This company ask for a credit card number to confirm the age of the user and mention that the credit card will not be charge. My credit card was charged $39.95 on12/23/12, 01/23/13, 02/21/13, 03/23/13, 04/22/13, 05/22/13, 06/21/13, 07/21/13 and 08/20/13. It then stopped in September to restart again on 10/14/13 for 34.95, then $39.95 on 11/13/13 and 12/13/13.

Obviously this company is using credit card numbers against people knowledge.

They just refunded me $114.85 today, which represent the last 3 months they started to charge my credit card again.

I never actually used their website and never went through the whole process of registration as I thought it might be a little fishy. But I think it was too late and they already got my credit card number.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $399.50
