Review: I was billed for additional service that I did not authorize. When I spoke with the owner he told me it would not happen again, but it did the next month. Then he assured me that the money would be refunded. We spoke numerous times about getting my money refunded and the owner assured me it was coming next week or next month. However, it never came and eventually he stopper answering calls or text messagesDesired Settlement: I want the owner Joe Imperato to keep his word and refund the money I am owed.
