Sent: Wednesday, July 12, 2017 9:00 AM Subject: Case [redacted] To whom this may concern: This customer has continued to fight a lost battle.  He has went to every website he can think of to bash this companies name by writing negative reviews.  He has went to every outlet with no success...

because he does not have a claim.  I've never seen anyone go to this extreme over a chipped piece of plastic. We were hired by him to load/unload his uhaul truck.  He asked the guys to put most of the stuff in the garage and asked them to bring the sofa inside the house.  The customer knew the route the guys would have to take, common sense should tell you to clear out the walk way so no one trips and get hurt.  Movers stated that things were all over the floor along with this record player.  They stated the customer never tried to clear any debris, but watched and followed them around the entire time.  Mover stated as they were bring the sofa around the corner, he stepped on it.  The next day the customer called and said he wanted to make a claim to fix his record player.  I asked for him to explain what happen.  He stated, "Movers were bringing sofa in the house and stepped on my record player.  It was on the floor and he was carrying the sofa, so he probably didn't see it.  I know its not his fault, but your company needs to pay for it."  Mr. Huang has yet to explain why he feels someone is NOT at fault but still wants us to pay.  He also feels the movers should have came into his house and started cleaning up to clear out a pathway. Even though I didn't feel it was the movers fault, I still contacted my insurance company to satisfy him.  They explained that because the movers were never in custody, care, or control of the record player and the customer neglected to have it put in a safe place, he did not have a claim.  He has also went to U-haul and opened a resolution case, which I believe they closed or denied as well.  I don't mind resolving an issue if its clearly my guys fault.  I never placed blame on anyone, but if we don't think its mover fault, the insurance company don't believe its mover fault, and the customer feel its not the mover fault, who is to blame if its left in the floor for someone to possibly hurt themselves or in this case get damaged.  For something to be this important to him, why have it on the floor?
