I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. Although I do have a bill from UPS showing Palmer Paving paid all of the UPS charges and if possible would still like a copy of Impact UPS bill showing they were also billed so that I may be reimbursed for our charges I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

Review: Palmer Paving ordered bearing from Impact June 27, 2015 at which time we wired $13,441.00 to the company. In receiving the parts although we were told these were the correct parts it turned out they were not. We were told to return them and we would receive full refund by [redacted]. He emailed our office giving us authorization to ship back UPS using Impacts account which turned out to be wrong account number and we were charged. We shipped them back on Aug 28,2015 UPS Red Label. After confirmation they received them we expected our refund. Not only has our Purchasing Agent Rich talked to them several times I have also through both emails and phone. I have been told since the beginning of September that my refund was on its way. I last spoke with [redacted] on Sept 28 and she said the check had been cut. She at the time also deducted $992.74 for UPS charges. I explained to her that we paid for shipping and she said she had. I asked her to send me a copy of her UPS bill so that I could get reimbursed from UPS. To date I have not received that either. I called yesterday and she couldn't take my call and I called today and was told she would not take my call. We wired the money the day we placed the order I would have hoped that a company would be professional and send it back in a timely manner. Please help.Desired Settlement: I would just like to receive the refund my company is entitled to. They now not only have my money the also have the parts to resell. My refund should be the whole amount I paid $13,441.00. Not this amount minus $992.74 for shipping they did not pay for.
