Review: I am completely dissatisfied with both the service and quality of this companies product, the dress that I received looked like a very cheap imitation of the photo posted on their web site, it does not look like it is even made of the same material. The overall design of the dress is very poor as well my wife cannot even put the dress on because the neck has no give. I called to make arrangements to have receive a refund and was told that there was a no refunds policy in effect. This policy is not listed anywhere on their web-site, are my invoice. The stated that it was special made, but they would give in store credit, which is unexceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.
