There are several problems with this complaint: The address on our sales form is our office address not my home The tub was discussed and measured with [redacted] and he assured me that is what they needed The space for the tub was a stall shower which they wanted to replace with a tub This tub was custom made to fit specifically into the space 32” x 48” of the shower The clients signed a non-cancellation agreement allowing them hours to cancel [redacted] sat on the couch the entire time of the presentation and sale insisting that [redacted] would handle everything, especially since it was strictly for him The tub was certainly large enough for both clients to fit into since it was 32” wide whereas a tub is only 28” wide The problem I believe was all about the cost and her ability to pay the balance which I secured financing for her at a greatly reduced rate, as well as reducing the price to $6000, almost cost, because she wanted the tub so badly for [redacted] ***, and was concerned about affording it I fought for them to have the company give me a discounted price as a hardship plea I am currently stuck with a custom made tub costing several thousands of dollars and I offered [redacted] choices: A Return the tub to the factory which would require a restocking fee ($900) plus the cost of shipping to & from ($400) And refund the difference B Wait until I find a client to order the same custom tub and refund the entire deposit [redacted] refused the restocking option and chose to wait for option “B” We have been trying to utilize the custom tub in every presentation but because of its uniqueness (fitting into stall shower space) it has not been expeditious, but we are constantly tryingI have constantly kept [redacted] abreast of the situation and also gave her my direct phone # but she insists that she cannot reach me while hundreds of others reach me day and day out At this writing, we are still presenting this “custom made tub” with every presentation we possibly can
