[Last week I sent another email request to Meyers Parking for the insurance claim information, but no response was received from Meyers Parking Since Meyers receives their parking fees from Wingate, they have all the leverage required to have Meyers rectify this situation The GM at Wingate does not accept responsibility while the parking company ignores all requests I am very frustrated and do not recommend anyone use Meyers Parking If they would just take responsibility and send me the insurance claim forms so my car can be repaired I would be satisfied.]

called *** *** back stating someone from Meyer’s insurance company was to call her backA few weeks later I received a call from a man, asking about my insurance for a scratched car, as I explained to the gentleman, we do not own or in partnership he stated to yell he was a lawyer and going to sueI then received a notification from *** *** responding to *** *** that we do not own the parking garage nor are we partnersThey also stated not action can be takenIf Anything, *** *** should get her lawyer after Meyers ParkingI apologize this happenThank you

This guest also opened up a customer support case with Wyndham directly and we have advised them to issue her a full refund for her room in the sum of $459.54 as this is what the room and tax charges for her stay was for her room 1004, the one that had the issues. We are sorry that she had a negative expierence and would like to have the issue resolved. I am able to furnish a copy of the guest room folio if needed as proof of what rate was paid

 I spoke with Wyndham on August [redacted], 2015 and they informed me that they are still investigating. They mentioned nothing of the refund. The actual refund amouont should actually be:$246.49/night $79.94 taxes for a  total of $572.72. I look forward to an expedited closure to this nightmare stay at Wingate By Wyndham.
