This guest also opened up a customer support case with Wyndham directly and we have advised them to issue her a full refund for her room in the sum of $as this is what the room and tax charges for her stay was for her room 1004, the one that had the issuesWe are sorry that she had a negative expierence and would like to have the issue resolvedI am able to furnish a copy of the guest room folio if needed as proof of what rate was paid
