Our church signed a 3 month contract which required a (1)month's security deposit of $680.00 refundable at the end of the contract. It has been 4 months and we have not been given our refund. The Pastor (Patrick *** explained he did not have the money and he was working on it. Apparently he used our deposit for his church and has not and probably will not return this money to us. He rents out a space in the back of his building and had us sign a contract. I believe there was another group/church in that space when we showed up, I'm not sure why they left or if they got their money back. My next step is Small Claims Court. He owes us this money per HIS contract.
