April 26,2016, Property manager Gmailed work order request for [redacted] I diagnosed the problem and was given authorization to changeout only the blower motor, capacitor and fan circuit board @ that time their was no evidence of a clogged and/ or dirty coilI did clean the blower assembly and housing which is commonly referred to as a" Squirrel cage"On May 30, 2016, I was asked to go out to the same address because the unit was not coolingI removed apprx4-gallons of water from the secondary pan ,flushed primary drain line , cleaned P-trap beneathe the vanity master bathroomlearned that their was a 12xfilter never none to or changed by tenants (dirty filters inhibit airflow and create condensate) I submitted that the complainants complaint is unfounded and two services calls are mutually exclusiveThank you
