I am a travel agent, setting up private car transfers for my clients in countries around the world. I have never come across a "limo" service as unreliable as Kings'.
For a private trip, I had arranged "black car" service from Ormond by the Sea to Orlando Airport and back (5 days later).
Upon pick-up, the driver was on the phone and helped little with the luggage. The same routine, arriving at the airport (at the phone again). Once settled in, the driver told us we had to detour slightly so he could pick-up the Sun Pass from the office.
On the return, at 11:20 pm, after a flight home from the West Coast, the same driver did not even bother to pick us up. He simply "forgot".
We had to find a taxi, at a higher rate than what had negotiated with King's Transportation Group.
After our complaint, they apologized and assured us that they would send us a check for about $30 for the difference in fare, on the return. This did not happen, even after I had called in a second time.
King's service, not just their drivers', is unprofessional and unreliable!
