John R[redacted] called my wife on Monday 2 Oct to discuss the contract, he now wants to complete the work, she told him that it was unacceptable as he had told us previously that he could not do the work at the price quoted and that he would refund the deposit. that was approx. 3 weeks ago and at that...

time, he had asked for 2 weeks to get the refund to us. On Monday, he again asked for 10 days, which he was told was unacceptable. we are at this time awaiting the refund.
