Impact Home Service, Inc.

Mr. [redacted] started his quarterly service 9-22-15. (Not during the summer)  We have serviced his home three times since then.  Each time we serviced his home we leave an invoice in the door.  He has never explained to us that he would like a call before service so he can know which day...

we will be there.  We have been servicing his home when we service his neighbors in his neighborhood.
Mr. [redacted] paid for his first two treatments and has not paid for his last two treatments.
His most recent service was 4-12-16.  He still has not paid for his treatment on 1-18-16.  
We just recently sent Mr. [redacted] to collections because he is over 5 months past due.  We are slow to send customers to collections because they charge a substantial fee to collect.
Before sending Mr. [redacted] to collections we left his invoice at his home and have sent him 4 statements with his service date and balance.  In addition we have called him 5 times to explain that if he does not bring his account current he will be sent to collections.  He has never responded to our letters or calls.
 
He did call in May to discontinue service.  We told him we will cancel his service as soon as his balance is paid in full.
To refer to our company as a scam is offensive to me.  We service thousands of happy customers a year and have been doing so for the last twelve years.
