Well I applied for a loan with impact lending and low and behold I was approved for 5000 dollar loan just sign the papers and send them back to the office so I did then the loan officer said I needed to WU the whole 450 dollars to some fellow in Canada not like I signed for in the loan application,which was 150 a month for 3 months so be careful out there people

They are a scam who offer people building credit with fair credit or poor credit a lender for personal or debt consolidation loans and other loans who claim to be associated with peach tree lending or lending tree companies however they are not and they ask for a co-signer or 3 monthly advanced payments which is for collateral to secure the loan and inform that after paperwork and documents are submitted you will get a call back for info on how to make the advanced payment which they ask for you to send through Western Union. I live in Mississippi and I am new to credit building and first time loan offers so I didn’t know it was illegal to have an out of state company lend money to other states. I was guaranteed and reassured many of times that it was guaranteed and my application had been approved by the lender and they would be in touch to confirm money was received by bank and 2 hours later or more the lady called back and said after further evaluation my credit application was not approved however that is something always confirmed before signing any paper work and info containing to the loan agreement and payment amount

I'm reporting this business because I got a phone call from them and she said her name was *** and that I had been approved for a 5000 dollar loan but because of my credit I had 2 options to choose from to get the loan first one was get a cosigner that was not on another loan and had credit score of 700 or above the second option was that I pay 3 months upfront which came to $479.16 at $159.72 a month they had me send it money gram from walmart and then I called her with the reference number she said I would receive loan in an hour to a hour and a half I never got the money when I called back to find out y I had not got my loan yet she put me on hold then came back on the phone and said that really ran my credit and that one came back different than the other 2 and that my lender is requesting that I pay 3 more months of payments and until I did that there was a hold on my loan I said I wanted to cancel cuz there is no way I could come up with that kind of money again because I had borrowed the first round of payment and then was told that I would get a refund but it would take up to 25-30 business days to refund my money I'm just wondering is this business legit or a scam and is this all legal what they did to me
