I gave ***'s company my final proof approval months ago It took him another months to get final proof from everyone else [redacted] told us pre production started a year ago and tables were supposed to be installed in August [redacted] has emailed a handful of times with various excuses as to why he is behind schedule The contract [redacted] and I signed had a guarantee that I was entitled to a full refund if production took more than six months When he broke his promise I asked him to honor his contract He said he would not give me my money back and made more excuses as to why he has delayed this project I asked [redacted] for proof that the manufacturing company breached the production contract [redacted] refused to offer any proof and said bottom line he had to switch manufacturers [redacted] has offered excuse after excuse and ultimately failed miserably producing the tables in a timely manner [redacted] emailed me saying he is going bankrupt and closing his business Do not trust [redacted] as he has not come through on this project and he clearly does not have the financial backing to make it worth the risk of doing business with him

I was very sad, when I found out that the restaurant I have been advertising in for years, was bought by a new owner who is changing it to a "table cloth" restaurantNO more table advertisements I have been a customer of Impact Media in this area for different restaurants and all were great Tables delivered as promised and the ads looked great Very happy camper here

We are under contractMr*** was one of the first customers to sign up on this projectThere are phases of this project, Selling PhaseAd copy/art work phase and Production phaseWe have completed the
selling phaseThe 2nd phase of which we are currently in has taken much longer than any other project I have doneI still have a few customers that need to approve their art along with the restaurant giving me what they finally want for the middle of the tablesThis is a cooperative effort and it hurts the project when people keep holding it upI am now sending final certified letters to the missing parties for their artwork or they forfeit their right to be on the tablesI had to exhaust every other approach before doing this
I am moving as quickly and legally I am allowed toThe tables are contracted, just need the graphics to completeMr*** comments about physical harm to me and my family in the past and in other forms of communication has been duly noted and I will not respond in kindContinued lies about me will cause me to file a defamation lawsuit which at the very least will cost you thousands to defend
I have offered and will give Mr*** a bigger ad than originally contracted and will leave the tables in the restaurant an additional percent than originally contracted to make up for any challenges
I have completed many projects in the past and will complete this one as well Because there are so many people and moving parts of this project it is hard to control time factorsI appreciate his patience and will produce a high quality, not junk product shortly
Sincerely,

Do not do business with Larry The Table Guy! Do not believe his lies about reoccurring customers and 100% guarantee. He asks for 2 more weeks, makes a bunch of excuses for 2 months then does not answer or return phone calls or emails. He has not returned any calls from the restaurant owner either. Dont get ripped of like we did!

I gave [redacted]'s company my final proof approval 16 months ago. It took him another 4 months to get final proof from everyone else. [redacted] told us pre production started a year ago and tables were supposed to be installed in August 2013. [redacted] has emailed a handful of times with various excuses as to why he is behind schedule. The contract [redacted] and I signed had a guarantee that I was entitled to a full refund if production took more than six months. When he broke his promise I asked him to honor his contract. He said he would not give me my money back and made more excuses as to why he has delayed this project. I asked [redacted] for proof that the manufacturing company breached the production contract. [redacted] refused to offer any proof and said bottom line he had to switch manufacturers. [redacted] has offered excuse after excuse and ultimately failed miserably producing the tables in a timely manner. [redacted] emailed me saying he is going bankrupt and closing his business. Do not trust [redacted] as he has not come through on this project and he clearly does not have the financial backing to make it worth the risk of doing business with him.

I saw his complaint and I am sorry we are taking a little longer than expected.  He gave us ready to go artwork and most of everyone else is signed off. I am working on the middle artwork from the restaurant owners involved. We are moving rapidly and look forward to deliver a great product. If...

I can't produce the product at a high quality I will refund everyone their money.. Sincerely, [redacted] Impact Media.

On March 31,2016 I received a call from a blocked number to call [redacted] at [redacted] which was on my voice mail at 1202 pm. I returned the call at approx 246 that same afternoon. unfortunately I was in a bad cell area and left a message. [redacted] texted me who is not my client by the way later that...

afternoon saying I went to Revdex.com and about to go to small claims court. It is true I have a signed contract with [redacted] general store  to provide a ad on table tops at the restaurant. Before I met with [redacted], I secured a contract with the restaurant and Sherry the owner of [redacted] store got my information from the restaurant owner. My contract with the restaurant and my contract with the sponsor is non cancellable as it is custom work. The restaurant owner for whatever reason tried to cancel the project midway through it leaving everyone holding the bag. I have some attorneys on this and my hope is to have this settled without going to court. I do agree and will promise and followthrough as I have done countless times before that either they get a ad or money back....I am hoping for a resolution soon.  I object to their claims of me not responding to them or restaurant. I responded same day as called. The restaurant signed a contract from which I have spent thousands of dollars. I am sorry [redacted] is in the middle of this. I have closed my business after 7years of a great record. I will insure to make sure I leave everything clean with no loose ends....Larry R[redacted], Impact Medis

I have offered and will give Mr. [redacted] a bigger ad than originally contracted and will leave the tables in the restaurant an additional 50 percent than originally contracted to make up for any challenges

The Private number came thru because when he received calls from our business he never answered and never returned any of our  calls. I have spoken to some of the other business that he took money from and never delivered the merchandise for them as well.  I also spoke with Linda at the restaurant where the advertising was suppose to be placed.  She said she never cancelled any contract , how could she as he never bothered to return her calls. .   I also spoke with Eric from [redacted], where they too, gave him money for and add and have never returned his call.  BEWARE if he or anyone from impact media contacts you to sign up for advertising, as you will loose your money.  Larry is obviously not an honest person and tell different stories to different people. I am dealing with a family health crisis right now. After talking with my attorney, I believe we can have all of this resolved in a couple of weeks....I will respond during the first week of May with hopefully a solution for all. I disagree with what was written about me.
